Healthy Homes for Wellbeing provides free energy and money saving advice for people living in Exeter, Mid Devon, East Devon, Teignbridge, and Torbay. Our team of Home Energy Advisers will provide practical energy advice and support with the aim of helping as many residents save money and stay warm in their homes.

We’ll help you with tariff checks and supplier switching, applying for

the Warm Home Discount, registering for Priority Services Register, energy and water saving tips and advice, grants for insulation and heating, heating control advice, smart meters, referrals for

help with benefits and debts.

 

The Local Energy Advice Partnership (LEAP) is a free service ran by

AgilityEco. They provide support and advice on how to save money on energy. This service covers Teignbridge as well as many other areas and home visits can be arranged. To qualify for a home visit, you must either have a low household income of under £31,000 or receive tax credits, housing benefit or income or disability related benefits.

 

Fully trained home energy advisors can provide energy saving tips, install LED light bulbs, draught proofing etc, support with changing tariffs, refer for support with benefits and debt management (Including water debt), refer for fire safety checks and many more. Our drop-in clinics run locally in Newton Abbot’s Buckland Hub, The Buckland Centre. Gilbert Road. Newton Abbot, TQ12 4HS, 2nd Tuesday every month 10.00 – 12.00.
